x 2 = 61.2 diameter
for a series of circles
on larger outer points

duplicating another whole pentagram set, with outer disc reset to 100
puts the lines back to their original 1 unit width and dots to 2 diameter
...this is the original dimensional proportion the other 2 are based on...
